Mauritius boasts one of the best film rebate schemes in the world, providing up to a 40% cash back on all Qualifying Production Expenditures (QPE) paid for in Mauritius. Designed to stimulate the interest of filmmakers and encourage them to bring their projects to Mauritius, the rebate includes QPE incurred throughout all phases of the project, including post production, and is applicable to feature films, TV commercials, series, reality TV shows, documentaries and music videos.
